Who are we working with?
You will be working with Easonlin Food. Our production base is in Jieyang, Guangdong.
How long have you been making beverage powders?
Easonlin Food was founded in 1996. We have been producing instant beverage powders ever since.
How large is the production facility?
Our production base covers 40,000 square metres, with blending, extraction, filling and packing facilities on site.
Which markets do you serve?
We export to more than 30 countries, with much of our work focused on Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
What can I source from you?
Our range includes freeze-dried coffee, spray-dried instant coffee, instant cold brew, non-dairy creamer, and high-fat creamer in both retail and bulk packs. Tell us your application and we can help you choose a starting point.
Do you supply both bulk ingredients and retail packs?
Yes. We supply bulk powder for factories and OEM production, as well as finished retail packs for brand owners and sellers.
Should I choose freeze-dried or spray-dried coffee?
Choose freeze-dried when aroma and a more premium cup are the priority. Spray-dried coffee is a practical choice for cost-conscious, high-volume products such as 3-in-1 coffee.
Will the cold brew powder dissolve in ice water?
Yes. It is made for ice water and iced milk, with a smooth, low-acid flavour and no need for overnight brewing.
What does high-fat creamer add to a drink?
It gives latte, milk tea, 3-in-1 coffee and other premix drinks a richer, creamier body. It is useful when you want a fuller mouthfeel without making the recipe complicated.
Should I choose retail or bulk high-fat creamer?
Retail packs are portioned for end consumers. Bulk packs are intended for factories, milk tea chains and OEM blending. We can help you choose based on how you plan to sell or use the product.
Is the non-dairy creamer suitable for lactose-free products?
Yes. It is dairy-free and lactose-free, so it can be used in vegan and lactose-free recipes. Ask for the current specification if you need to review the ingredients.
Can you make a product under my brand?
Yes. We can work with you on the formula, flavour, packaging and private label. Share your product idea and target market, and we will help you turn it into a practical brief.
Can I test a sample before ordering?
Yes. We can arrange samples for you to test in your own application. The buyer covers the shipping cost.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and whether you need a bulk or retail pack. Tell us the item and pack size and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your order.
Which certificates can I review?
We can provide available HALAL, ISO and other relevant documents for your target market. Ask our sales team for the current set and its scope for your order.
How long does production usually take?
Production normally takes 15–25 days after the deposit and packaging details are confirmed. The exact timing depends on your order quantity and packaging.
Can you tailor the flavour or formula to my market?
Yes. We can discuss adjusting fat content, sweetness, acidity and aroma to suit your customers and application. We usually start with a sample to make sure the direction is right.
How should I store the powder?
Store it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Reseal the pack after opening to help prevent caking.
Which payment terms are available?
We accept T/T and L/C. Other payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
